DANIEL WEINGART
… is an expert in process optimization, lean management, and Six Sigma
Daniel brings over 20 years of experience in the electrical engineering and automation industry. His career began with an apprenticeship as an electromechanic, but his drive for continuous development led him to pursue further education alongside his job, ultimately qualifying as a state-certified technician in electrical and automation engineering.
He spent more than 15 years working in a skilled trade company, where he advanced step by step—from switchgear assembler to head of production in switchgear manufacturing. During this time, he took on a wide range of responsibilities in quality management, motor construction, service, and sales. His keen sense for improvements and efficiency gains turned change into his passion.
To deepen his expertise, he earned certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Professional, and increased the efficiency of switchgear production by 112% through a targeted optimization project. In 2017, he joined a large corporation, where he worked as an international business consultant. In 2019, he completed further training to become a Six Sigma Black Belt. In this role, he has successfully led over 300 client projects to date.
In 2025, he and his business partner are embarking on a new venture. Combining their extensive experience and shared passion for process optimization, they help companies implement sustainable and efficient processes—enabling a successful and future-oriented economy.
WILLI KOCH
...is a dynamic personality with a keen sense of design, advertising, and entrepreneurship. His professional career began with a solid education as a media designer, equipping him with both the technical and creative tools for the world of visual communication.
After completing his training, he gained three years of valuable experience as an employee in a signage and advertising technology company. During this time, he deepened his knowledge of printing techniques, promotional material design, and customer relations—an experience that not only strengthened his technical expertise but also honed his organizational skills.
But Willi wanted more. Twelve years ago, he took the leap into self-employment—a decision that presented him with numerous challenges but also shaped him profoundly. He took on responsibility for projects, clients, and employees, developed market positioning strategies, and learned to act flexibly and solution-oriented. The highs and lows of entrepreneurship turned him into a true all-rounder with deep expertise in creativity, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
His approach is structured, his ideas are innovative, and his commitment is unwavering. Willi is not just a creative mind but also a pragmatic doer, always seeking new ways to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
